The house consists of 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms for a total of 14 + 4 pax. The villa has a breathtaking 360 °

- Upstairs, we have a large living area with double living room, dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen with adjoining laundry area, a sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms for a total of 8 people. There is also a suite with separate entrance with private bathroom for 2 people, for a total of 10 people.
- Downstairs there is a seperate structure consisting of two independent apartments, each with a small living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms; outside a small terrace. The annex is ideal for 4 people but can accommodate up to a max of 8 people.
The whole villa has therefore a maximum capacity of 14 + 4 people.
Outside there are large terraces with table and chairs, solarium area with sun loungers around the pool and a beautiful tree-lined avenue of access. Finally, there is a bedroom with private bathroom for service personnel .
