The chalet is only a few meters away from the center and  it is divided in two apartments.

The larger one, 135 sq. meters, is a two floor apartment. On the first floor we have a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a  kitchen, a super-panoramic terrace and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms 
and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite. 

The smaller one floor apartment  has an independent entrance,  a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room  with a fireplace and a kitchen.

A garage for one car is available and there is also a place outside for 
another car, two cellars, a laundry room and a condominium garden.

All the bathrooms were remodeled in 2016.

Lo chalet è ubicato a pochi metri dal centro, è suddiviso in due 
appartamenti.

Quello più grande di 135 mq si sviluppa su due piani. Al primo piano salone con camino, zona pranzo, cucina, terrazza super panoramica e un bagno, al secondo piano tre camere da letto e due bagni. La camera padronale ha il bagno nella suite.

L'appartamento piccolo ha l'ingresso indipendente, si sviluppa su un solo piano, e si compone, da una camera da letto un bagno, salone con camino e cucina. 

A disposizione dello chalet c'è un posto auto in garage e uno esterno, due cantine, locale lavanderia, e giardino condominiale.

I bagni sono stati tutti rifatti nel 2016.
