Conditions for the houses 
  • Check in time: 
    dalle 16.00 alle 18:00 - from 4 pm. at 6 pm.

  • Check out :
    prima delle 10:00 - before 10 am.

  • Cauzione rimborsabile - refundable deposit:
    dipende dalla casa (da €300,00 a € 2.000,00) in contanti-depends on the house (from € 300,00 to € 2.000,00) cash
  • Pulizie finali - final cleaning :  
    da pagare cash al check-in - pay cash upon arrival

  • Cambio biancheria/asciugamani - change linen/towels :

  • Modalità di pagamento - Methods of payment :
  • ​​acconto del 20% alla prenotazione, il saldo entro 30 giorni dalla data del soggiorno, a mezzo Bonifico Bancario o Paypal - deposit 20% on booking, the balance within 30 days from date of stay, by Bank transfer or Paypal.
  • Politiche di cancellazione : Cancellation policy : 
  • 1) Nel caso di cancellazione prima del saldo, verrà restituito l'intero importo - in case of cancellation before the balance, the full amount will be returned.
  • 2) Nel caso non viene pagato il saldo alla data della scadenza concordata, (indicata nel voucher), il deposito non viene restituito, e la prenotazione sarà cancellata - if the balance is not paid at the date of the agreed, (indicated on the voucher), the deposit is not returned and the reservation will be canceled.
  • 3) Nel caso di cancellazione entro i 25 giorni dalla data del soggiorno, verrà restituito il 50% , entro i 15 giorni verrà restituito il 30%,  entro i 7 giorni nessun rimborso verrà effettuato - in case of cancellation within 25 days from the date of the stay, will be refunded 50%, within 15 days will be refunded 30% within 7 days no will be refund.
